UNIT OF HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY(UNHEDS) working under mentorship of IIT Alumni's and Educationist to bring innovation in Health and Education PAN-India partnering with State Governments, several IITs, NITs, AIIMS, and other medical and educational institutions. We work to equitable access to quality Health and Education in under developed communities by promoting innovation in Health and Education like Atal Innovation Mission(AIM), National Health Mission(NHM), Rastriya Aavishkar Abhiyan(RAA), Atal Tinkering Labs(ATLs), Poshan-Aahiyaan, Nipun Bharat, Swachh Bharat, Digital India, Skill India and implement various education and health policies of central and state governments.
Our flagship Program's
At UNHEDS, we design and implement high-impact, scalable, and innovation-driven programs across health, education, nutrition, skill development, and community empowerment. Our flagship initiatives are aligned with SDGs, CSR Schedule VII, and national priorities, ensuring measurable and sustainable impact across India.
1. DISHA: The Smart Classes Initiative
A digital learning transformation program that equips government schools with smart classrooms, STEM tools, digital content, teacher training, and student assessments, ensuring 21st-century learning for all.
2. POSHAN SHAKTI (Nutrition Strengthening Initiative)
An integrated nutrition program aligned with POSHAN Abhiyaan, focusing on malnutrition detection, community nutrition camps, growth monitoring, maternal health, and awareness outreach.
3. Skill Development & Livelihood Programs
Training youth, women, and marginalized groups in digital skills, VTP courses, entrepreneurship, and job-oriented skill modules to enhance employability and income-generation.
4. Sanitation & Hygiene Promotion Program
Community-led initiatives under Swachh Bharat Mission, including WASH programs, open gyms, hygiene campaigns, school sanitation drives, and awareness activities.
5. STEM & Innovation Program (RAA, ATL, ICT, NEP Aligned)
Enhancing scientific temper through Atal Tinkering Labs, STEM kits, innovation challenges, maths–science clubs, teacher capacity building, and partnerships with IITs/NITs.
6. Community Health & Awareness Campaigns
Large-scale health outreach programs covering NCDs, communicable diseases, MCH, adolescent health, immunization awareness, and preventive health behaviours.
